A lot of investors based in markets like California and New York are choosing to purchase their investments OOS in the Midwest because of the affordability and numbers making more sense.

I attended one of their events, and it truly seems like a great solution with very few drawbacks......eventually.

These pockets are more affordable while still convenient locations, and the new construction appeal mentioned for 27703 is something North Raleigh nor Cary/Morrisville can offer affordably due to being pretty built out.

So, we are stuck choosing a house in the middle of the Seattle area or the north end where it's more affordable.

@Ryan Rocchi we've heard good things about Rentvine.Also, Buildium is tried and true, plus affordable.

I'm not sure how well versed they are in the trust details but it makes sense that it would be due to the step up basis so if there's a way I can approach them to give them a solution to that, that would be great.
