Normal landlord insurance will not cover wind/hail  events in the the texas gulf coast counties.

Has anyone experienced this in the cook county area?

I will record a collateral assignment of the mortgage with the county so the lender has good collateral with lots of equity during the duration of the loan. 

Also, with the new beach regulations in Okaloosa County, the beach section where the beach service for Destin West can be set up has been narrowed significantly and the Island Hotel amenities and beach area are no longer available to Destin West guests to use.

We have a judgement against the tenant in county court.

Our county has a list of approved/licensed septic servicers on their website.

My family has been invested in that county since the mid 60s.. that property I knew well.. it cant be developed.. so you have rookie who had no clue and no means to really develop it.. and led on by a lender just interested in the 10k up front.. 

The county then comes in an assesses value based on purchase price and adds CDD fees if they apply and any non ad-valorem taxes.

We are located in south Utah county and are always looking to meet other people also interested in real estate around here! 

The median price points she showed me were on the higher side $330,000 to $470,000 depending on the county but you could probably find lower priced properties (I don't invest in Atlanta so I don't know the breakdown of neighborhoods).
