I found a handyman on Facebook marketplace who had never done anything like this before but he was more than willing to take the job.I bought a bunch of furniture and stuff from amazon, Wal Mart, Mayfair, ikea, etc and had it shipped directly to the house.

Ultimately, we provide a 55" TCL 4K UHDTV, <$400 at Costco or Walmart, with built in Roku. 

Make sure it is from Costway through Walmart and not an another dealer.

You are all on the same side of trying to provide a good guest experience and money should only play a part if it is directly solving their problem (ex they went to Walmart and picked up new sheets so you reimburse them and keep those new sheets)

I have a .6AC lot across from Wal-Mart for sale.

I'm thinking he could wire funds to Walmart in the form of a cashiers check. 

The most recent steal of a deal I asked about "has a Walmart right behind it that most people wouldn't go to at night".

I got an old couch for free, and for lots of stuff off Craigslist & Goodwill and Walmart and still spent $4k to furnish a 2 bedroom home with only 800 s.f. 

I use the off-the shelf walmart beige (it's called sand something), and their white for trim.
