I realize this post is 2 years old but someone may have the same question.I use Microsoft One Note for Desktops, it's free and stores your notes in notebooks with tags that are easily searchable for reference later.I have notebooks for Note Investing, Real Estate Investing, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing.Usually, something that I'm studying falls into one of those categories and each notebook has subcategories. 

Although lender will need to get a title commitment on the DIL to make sure there are not any junior liens that only a foreclosure would remove from title.. 

I would add "Houston, TX" to your title to hopefully attract people who know that market.

That doesn't just include the interest rate but can also include many/all loan costs as well - varies by state but can include points, title, escrow, processing fees, etc.

My biggest advise is to not fall for lower price tag deals. 

Or the LLC continues and your capital account in the LLC is reduced by the distribution and switched to you at it's basis - either way, not taxable.A drop and swap is not any more complicated and takes about 10 minutes for a title company to do. 

Future properties wil also be purchased with LLC but do not want to change the title for tax purchases per accountant.
