Hi All,As I look at my options to finance my first RE deal, I was researching the early withdrawal penalty from TSP (Federal equivalent to 401K) and just learned that I can take out a TSP loan with no penalty, no tax impact and just have to pay it off with interest (seems to be 4-5% range right now) within 60 months. 

They are slow to roll out new features because they want it to work right the first time.

You can always "borrow" or withdraw the principle since you already paid taxes on it.  2.

And what are the future ramifications when withdrawing from the 401k since part of it should not be taxed?

But I would not say I hit the ground running: I was very excited, yes, but the first years progress was very slow.

Like a credit card you only pay interest on the money you withdraw to use.

My attorney recommend I withdraw my claim so as not to get caught up in something unexpected and to be free of this case which i did as they had been gone for several months.

When markets are up, everyone is feasting but when it slows like right now, the C and D class neighborhoods are having the harder time to fill vacancies.
