Needless to say, I don't want to LOSE money but if 5 years down the road I will have made a few dollars from appreciation while covering costs during that time, I'd be happy enough with that.That being said, I am still looking for that diamond in the rough, but I know this one is not going to give me huge returns. 

Needless to say it has been hard to figure out my numbers as it has not been an appartment since 89.

And needless to say, my clients will not waste their time on this property.This is one of the more outrageous things I've seen on an MLS listing. 

Needless to say this would be bad.

I can tell you that in over a decade of working short sales and closing hundreds I’ve had maybe a handful of occasions where somebody wanted to simply remain in the home for as long as possible and needless to say that doesn’t align with my goal of selling the property so I never took those on. 

Needless to say these guys pulled off the scam of the century. 

Needless to say the documents were done incorrectly and signatures and initials were missing.

Needless to say it was not a seamless process. 

Needless to say I’m not going to be using them.

Needless to say I made many mistakes and would have researched that market a lot more before making the purchase.
