Would my rental or lease to own home still get exposure even if realtors simply ignore it?

I know it provides exposure and it's not super expensive. 

If you're property is on the open market (i.e. listed and marketed for maximum exposure), then you will most likely receive market offers.  

Prior to that, my first exposure came back in 1985.

If you don't want the issues with property management and also don't want to lock up your cash in a property then REITS and other similar types of investments remove the hassle and give the liquidity, while still giving you the Real Estate exposure.

Hi @Sukhi Singh,That's a LOT of exposure to a single asset class that could be regulated out of existence overnight. 

These are your own thoughts and feelings that should be what guides you.Another question is exposure.

I like the idea of getting exposure to different markets, experience talking to brokers and learning to work with financials all at the same time - maybe even finding a deal.
