go to lowes and home depot early in the morning you will find lots of potential good contractors NA NAgood luck

Off the shelf Home Depot unfinished kitchen cabinets.  

install Kwikset smartkey locks (home depot and  Lowes carry them) and then you can easily change keys between tenants.
