I'm having a hard time comprehending how this is being done without constantly increasing your income by $1000+/month each time you go in for another mortgage.I'm quickly learning how naive I can be, but our experience with this duplex is raising a lot of questions I can't seem to figure out on my own.

.- Ensure your agent posted the property to your multiple listing service (“MLS”) and it has syndicated to all other real estate affiliated websites.AND price it competitively..... 

I'm affiliated with a smaller brokerage in my area that charges a flat fee per transaction.

I don't like the bulk service deal either, it would put us on the line for 140k a year in payments to the cable company and I feel that tenants wouldn't comprehend the value to them correctly and could hurt us potentially raising rents in the future

We have a contracting company, management company, realtor, Mortgage Company ownership or affiliation.

Since I posted above, the Cincinnati affiliate has offered inventory and been very professional.
