They do not want the other person's name on the deed or the mortgage once the dirvorce is finalized.

I have a property I’m looking at in Missouri that’s about 1,400sqft, and not sure the difference between a Cash and a Novation offer. 

@Devan Praska I do not have a manual for my tenants but have created a manual for each of my properties in the event that something might happen to me and someone else would have to take over the management of them.

But as for the seller finance, would the loan to the seller be the difference between 450k and the refinance number of 220k?
