Hi BiggerPockets community - I'm interviewing a hotel construction builder for a Q&A to answer general questions that investors, developers, and others in the real estate community might have about construction.

I don't want to discourage you but i am very experienced builder/remodeler and i would not want to go through this again, without a clear minimum of $50k at the end of the rainbow.

The house is a knock down on .3 acres in a prime location (12 min walk to NYC train) where a 4BR/3BA new construction will have an ARV of $950-975K (I have a modular builder to partner with).  

My question is, what is the best website "builder" to use, to create the simplest, eye catching website?

I am builder/ rehabber so most of my expertise is in that area of REI but I am very knowledgeable in all aspects of RE and will try my best to give you the best answer that I could to help educate you and help you grow exponentially like everyone in the network helped me.

Go to similar subdivision, neighborhood, and price range see what other builders are offering.

Then you'll need an architect / engineer to draw up the plans for you, they'll be lots of site work and you'll need a builder like me to handle construction for you.

I've done a lot of remodeling myself over the years (lucky to have a dad that's a great builder!)
