@Danielle Clark I would start out wholesaling, then move into rehabbing/flipping if you enjoy headaches, then add in buy and hold properties if you enjoy long term headaches.

Things can go wrong, delays, over budget, etc.If you need to move in 3 months, you still have time to wholesaling 2-3 deals, build up capital and then get into flipping.Good luck!
