My parents live on a small farm just outside this university town and have transformed it from a run-down place into a beautiful, organic veg-growing hub for community/regional events (weddings, reunions, etc.).

There is one the first Weds of the month at Johnny's if I'm not mistaken. 

Partner with caterer and a minister and offer "turn key"  weddings for an extra fee. 

It's used a lot for film shoots, photo shoots, weddings, parties, etc.Kinda seems like an interesting (and possibly more lucrative) alternative to Airbnb or short term rentals, since you're renting by the hour.

We reduced the price and I got another one that came in last Wed evening after 9pm, by 10am the next morning my agents were pressuring me for an answer.

Hi Everyone, 1st post from a beginner investor, here goes:My wife is away for 3 days and my 2y/old and 4y/old will be at school from 9am to 1:30pm for 3 days (Wed/Thurs/Fri).

It would be great for family reunions, wedding parties, holidays, bridal parties, retreats, etc.

I would wait for the next major downturn if you are wedded to investing here. 

I just finish school in wedding planning And don't no where to begin. how do I go by doing that any suggestion.
