You can potentially pay yourself for services that you perform - It may be a wash or potentially at a worse off situation(if your rental losses are suspended).Salary to yourself is income.

The taxes and insurance were included in the mortgage in my videos.I also didn’t include the cost for the utilities because they were a wash wether I rented or owned.I tried to include anything I spent on fixing the home up in the rehab costs.

Everything cleaned, hard floors swept or mopped, carpets professionally cleaned, appliances cleaned inside and out, windows washed, sills / trim / baseboard / counters / other flat surfaces dusted, all light bulbs operational, etc.
