(Don't get upset, I am not saying anyone in this forum is doing this - but we have the knowledge, if we wanted to use it.)

I would love to of course take the property off their hands today, but I also would consider learning more about the property/timing a victory.

Couple is upset and has a "serious discussion" for one minute that she doesn't know what she is doing and they are spending all this money to not get what they want. 

It's upsetting because I had others that wanted it but I told them no.

If the values of my properties go down by 30%, I would be upset, but I'd also go out and buy a ton more, and load up on as much debt as a bank would give me.

I love BP and would be upset if I lost access! 

Where they upset because the company enforced the lease or where they upset because they had to keep calling every day for 2 weeks about a water leak.

We use an automated system for this and if the tech does not respond within the designated time frame, it calls the next person on the list until it gets to me, the property manager ... and no emergency call should ever get to me (we have a maintenance staff of 6 FT techs).I do agree with you and would be upset if it took 7 hours for me to get wind of that situation as well.  

I don't mind my buyer knowing, because as you mentioned he is probably savy enough to go look it up anyway, but the chances are that as long as I am giving him/her a good deal then they understand how the game is played; therefore, much less risk of the flipper buyer being upset with your commission.I have not wholesaled anything, so I may be wrong. 

Then it was that if I had a property appraisal conducted without 5 days' notice, a tenant would get upset and move out.
