I would have imagined that there would be more traffic.  

On top of that I have regular traffic built from having been such a resource for tenants, so people looking for a place to lease just know to come look on my website, because we do literally hundreds of tenant placements every year.

Facebook can be a huge tool for retargeting website traffic but on top of that, it can really help you build brand awareness and target potentially motivated sellers that haven't engaged with you before but ultimately it can help you create an omnichannel marketing strategy. 

Are we just being impatient?

Its also closer to my job and cut my driving time from 45 min to a 1 hr depending on traffic to 16 min to 20 min tops.

Ever since I required my employees to go topless, we've had a lot more traffic in the office!

A couple sites seemed to have slower street traffic for a couple weeks, but starting to pick up again now it seems.

Spending hours of time in traffic is a waste of time and production for most companies. 

Tenants with applications will become impatient and walk away...

If the traffic isn't scaring residents out, I wonder what else will.
