For those that ask how the kids can destroy a house, here are some ideas:They can kick when they are angry, holes in walls, doors, and cupboards.They can pull out drawers in the bath and kitchen and climb them, snapping the drawers.They can break bowl type sinks that sit on the counter.They can spill fingernail polish all over the carpet, tile and hardwood floors.They can pee all over everywhere if not potty trained and mom lets them run around half naked. 

In my market, tile and nice vinyl plank are more desirable for that price range...Sorry to not answer your question.

Hello, I am getting about $2500 to demo, re tile, and also new tile floor in the shower.

We replaced the linoleum throughout with tile, except in the bedrooms where we used looselay vinyl plank.

Hi Levi, I run a local tile shop and we work with a few rehabbers who consistently buy tile from us.

Her mattress, bags, and clothes also have water damage as they were laying on the ground next to concrete walls and tile floor for weeks while the condesation persist.

If those are wood floors, you may have saved quite a bit using faux wood tile.

This would be a tear out of the shower box and tiling a new shower.

Tile floor in bathroom instead of vinyl (although tile holds up wayyyy better IMO)
