What value do you intend to provide your customers that those two options don't?

It had never occurred to me that one could be self-sustaining through one's own resources, mainly because I had never made an effort to understand money management, retirement, or finances in general.An MMM blog post led me to BiggerPockets, a forum where the members, sophisticated investors, referred to their properties as "doors."

The regional ones tend to have most or all of the same services but tend to provide much better customer service. 

Currently, I'm only offered 27 hours of work per week at an average/below-average pay rate, which isn't nearly enough to save for a down payment or qualify for a loan.I've tried selling belongings to generate extra income, but it's not sustainable in the long run.

Policies should be customized for people and the average insurance agent doesn’t understand this stuff.

The 5% Fannie Mae conventional product for 2-4 is great and do you have to worry about the self sustainability test like you would on FHA.

These properties were not distressed quite the opposite.. but they had 100k to 3 to 5 million of standing Timber on them that if we could purchase our Timber deed we could turn those trees to cash within 90 days..PS I had created a hand made custom data base of properties  10 acres or more not corporately owned that Aerial Photogramy show Standing Timber of an Age we deemed Merchantable. 

I feel like you should be able to customize the mortgage section of this calculator but I can't figure out how to adjust my payments to the amount I agreed on with the seller. 

Once you've proven yourself for a couple years, then you will have everything you need to step out on your own and build a sustainable business quickly.
