I'm selling a property and I'm just giving credits because its too hard to get workers in timely fashion because they are all so busy.In these general market conditions, I'd tell you to take a hike and I'd move onto the next buyer.

A few questions...1) Obviously, theres a few more details that go into this scenario...BUT, at surface level, are there any foreseeable issues that I'm not thinking about?

Wholesaling is a tough gig, but on the surface it looks super lucrative with little up front capital needed to get started. 

I’ve been looking at properties and trying to analyze them via calculators for flip, BRRR and rentals like crazy but they never come out as making a profit even though on the surface some look really good, others look like seller is too greedy.
