I had been living in a PadSplit and was able to save enough to buy a property so I bought this one and house hacked it as a 4/2 using the PadSplit platform.

Thinking of also getting one garage on the shorter side just to give someone more option to store .  

They saw ahead that these jobs take a toll on you so bought RE and now live off RE in one form or another.
