Normally that's done once a year, on about the anniversary date of your mortgage.

Needless to say after a few 2 hour commutes home (almost 3 hours on my anniversary) I quit just after 6 weeks and my husband was not happy.

I don't know about you, but I'm not lazy enough to sit around and watch soap operas all day long.

Now I'm going stop the soap box speech for a second and give a pop quiz.  

They don't make strong enough soap for me to invest in such a way.

I will not be able to attend this date as I am going out of town for my anniversary.

Unless a note was paid off on its anniversary payment date you'll have odd days interest and 360 days gives us that. 

Out of my $60k gross income, I had to pay for a landscaper, utilities, soap, shampoo, propane for the grill, repairs, not to mention furnishing an entire home.
