I had recently been accepted to the University of Southern California (USC) and I couldn’t wait.School began, but my $30k tuition bill for the first semester never got paid.

With only first semester completed he is already telling me he wants to live off campus.

Because our stuff will be stored in the 6th bedroom, it's a 5 bed/3 bath during the semester.

I prefer that to frame although i will buy frame if the deal is good.By the way i went to Gordon tech for a semester before my family moved to Oak Park.

I would recommend giving it another semester/year before pulling the trigger on dropping out.

I personally don't expect it to be because students can't gamble with not having housing for an entire semester/year from Fall 2020 - Spring 2021. 

I am on my last semester of school until I get my associates degree in Automation Engineering.

My wife is finishing up her first semester as the art teacher at Pflugerville Elementary and we're looking at getting into a small multifamily that's maybe a little farther north than we are now (Burnet and 183ish).

My daughter went to a Sacred Heart School in Australia and there is one here so the idea was for her to do a semester and experience something different. 2 years later and I bought that AirBnB and still live in and rent the other 2 units out (It's a 3 Plex).
