The fees and conditions also can differ a lot, so you should try figure out first what kind of apple do you want (DP, LTV, rate) and then bring them to an apple-to-apple comparison to see which one gives you what you need for what cost (instead of accepting all the fruits that are on display from each different DSCR provider).  

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.

After using them for years we asked to jump on a Zoom call with their sales team to try to figure out a way we could continue using them, but they replied that their team was too busy focusing on new sales to jump on a call.  

However, my income is inconsistent, with last month’s earnings around $4,000, this month expected to be about $3,000, and an average of roughly $2,000 per month.

I also closed on another Class C home in Dec. 2023 -  not rented out yet, trying to figure out whether to rent it out or sell and cut my losses. 

For context the comps are roughly the same sqft, 200sqft give or take, same beds/bath, same lot size, same year built.To help, here are my numbers.

(Figuratively) BP sure has seen the hang em high folks come out.. what I find amazing though is once queried those same folks admit to not really knowing what they invested in..
