(so would cater to WSOP, Zappos / downtown crowd, CES folks needing extended stay, doctors on rotation, etc etc)-The eclectic, 60s retro-factor allows it to photograph well for online marketing and I think it would be a very appealing and "fun" home for a brief stay in Vegas.Of course, I'm worried about extended vacancy gaps since I don't have an STR permit to fill those in, and I have no clue what to expect for an average monthly rate.I believe this home to be a solid long-term hold and has the potential to generate significant cash flow in the meantime with the correct strategy, so I'd really like to hold onto it and make it work.Thanks all!

The objective is to group people together who desire to work in the same areas for similar periods of time that can rotate occupancy on the leases.

@Russell Brazil Yes, however there is contention about whether the low volume/type of mold (more common strain) is covered under the contract.

This is a place where local people recommend local people - there are probably already lots of good recommendations on there, so check it out.My advice is to have TWO cleaners in rotation at all times.

I used to rent to medical students all the time when they did rotations in Miami and I never had any vacancies.

I would have at least tried putting a valve on a rotating coupler connected to a hose going to the bath drain.
