Hi @Mitul Gandhi - In my opinion, it's less about which list you use and more about the consistency and persistency you have calling the list.I remember I just heard a quote "The best list is the list you use, over and over and over again!"

But remember a few things:Size Matters: Syndications are great for big deals.

You can be although I've heard before that's not a good idea, but honestly I can't remember why and don't feel like looking it up. 

Always remember to persist and you will WIN!!!

It should be said that despite all the resistance and discourse surrounding STR's (which we won't get into here) it's important to remember that this is still a relatively new area for real estate.

Even if you are not their best fit, you should be able to point them in the right direction.Always remember, don't put yourself in quicksand by trying to get someone out of it.
