There are programs out there that can use newly appraised value at month 3 or even week 1 as long as rehab has been done.

Then there are many lending programs here in the states that only require 25-30 % down with no experience only that you are a homeowner.

There are PLENTY of them.That will give you a much more balanced view of the S8 program and whether it may or may not make sense for you and your wife.

I believe Norada offers some type of warranty or rent guarantee program where Roofstock most likely does not so once you purchase and close they are out of the picture.
