Howdy all, I wanted to see what the key points of interest are in mobile home park.

My new  tenants upstairs apparently brought in a "portable washer" which has leaked into the downstairs unit - destroying the tenant's bed and TBD on the rest of the damage.

So, I've been looking into mobile homes and it seems like a possible route especially here in South Carolina. 

Hi, I am a complete newbie to mobile home investing.

We are now beginning to buy $25k -$30k mobile homes (on land, not in parks) and SFHs in the inland area of Florida near our vacation rentals to use as long-term rentals.

I will use the pad to park portable storage units to rent.

I think this would offer older millennials who are starting a family an attractive option in that they’re moving into a newer home without the commitment and lack of mobility that ownership requires.

Just this week end we cashed out 3 buildings and have a mobile part, a VFW Hall and two commercial properties ready to sell.So ------ 18 years ago I went to work for an auctioneer - learned the business and became an auctioneer and started my own company.So-------- I would suggest that you look into selling your contracts (buildings) using the auction method of marketing ----IT'S GREAT - the great thing is you don't need to deal with a buyer's agent, their bank or worry about turn-downs due to any number of thing.
