The area also has potential ti appreciate because it's 5 minutes away from a shipping hub currently under construction. 

I think it uses a proprietary hub or interface.Frankly all of these solutions are expensive. $500 plus.

I have ours attached to a Samsung SmartThings hub via Z Wave so I use the SmartThings app with a widget. 

The next project I would like to work towards is converting a school into a community hub.

Same thing with a train hub.  

Nevertheless, this town is still the central hub and area landmark, and home to 120,000+ people.

I see good growth for three more years.San Francisco is hub and magnet for innovation.

Prices in North Austin are increasing quite a bit due to tech hub and existing homes getting overbid.

FedEx has a major hub there.
