Been researching, reading, listening, but the big and rough thing for me is to make the right decision/s, since my option are a lot, or maybe they do not exist?

It's irrational but why people stay poor a lot.

Obviously with this summer’s market it wasn’t the best decision for making a lot of money but I’ll still make some, learn a ton, help out a neighbor, and got my feet wet!

Poor experience overall, felt like it was run out of a college dormitory. 

This is because it was poorly converted, improperly done, "patched up" over time, and might have mixed up mechanicals etc.
