@Lauren MerendinoI strongly believe that your chosen market should be somewhere that you can go to in person / have strong personal knowledge of / have family or a network in already.  

This does not seem realistic to have a credit score of 580 if a person doesn’t even have a SSN. 

Great for personal residence but not for scaling.

Personally, I would hold onto the home a bit longer.

I like to talk to people when I get out of the car and I think I can get a feel for things better in person.
