I have install Fujitsu Split HVAC in 2 units and they have been problem free since installation 4 or 5 years ago.I have seen good customer satisfaction feedback for Pioneer, Gree, and Elegance but have no first hand experience.I am looking for same type of information (good installation at good price) for San Diego (Escondido) Ca area.

During the time that I am looking for a buyer, I would have cash flow to cover any expenses be it planned or unplanned coming in from the tenant while patiently waiting for a buyer.Of course that's not a reliable way of creating long term wealth but I think its a vehicle i could use in order to reach the ideal duplex or multi family properties that I would want to keep as anchor properties.
