For those of you that know or follow me you know that I am not a fan of vacation rentals in the state of Florida for a multitude of reasons.

Of course if there is a real problem, it needs to be addressed regardless.Make sure there are operating exhaust fans in the bathroom and that they use them with every shower.

I.e Balloon payments, interest ratesThanks,Court I would first ask if they will even consider it, elderly owners typically are not big fans of owner financing because of the headaches involved with it, they would rather just have their cash.

I’m not a fan of any ceiling color or trim color other than white, in my opinion it would be doing the property a disservice to paint ceilings, trim, walls all one color and if you do please make sure it’s at least white (kind of boring though).
