There are also many DIY friendly suppliers out there (most licensed plumbers will charge a lot for this retrofit because they're not familiar with it).If you still want to deal with the A/C....again, insulation and air sealing will get you the most bang for your buck, BUT for a fancy energy efficient upgrade you're probably better off pairing PV panels with a small cassette unit from Panasonic....skip the geothermal. 

For 1000, I can get 3 suits, ties, shirts and 2 pair of dress shoes.Dress to impress can be as simple as dressing neatly, cleanly, being well groomed and putting your best sincere foot forward.  

If so, I'd recommend getting a professional pair of eyes on those returns.

The best thing to do when you are starting out is to pair up with a mentor to help you get some skin in the game.

But pairing a full 2 months' security with a sufficient increase in the monthly rate (therefore increasing the security accordingly) will help.

Tools that I use for keeping organized are pretty analogue (Folders, checklist, etc.) paired with couple of apps that I find very helpful such as Excel, DropBox (which I store all my work files onto) and OneNote.
