I see people I care about slowly going insane and becoming severely depressed, no matter what I say to them.No one wants to put more people at risk or overwhelm the healthcare system, but somehow everyone is ignoring the fact that the entire economy has collapsed, needs immediate fixing, or we will be left with looting, robbery, more crime than ever seen before, suicides, and a whole lot of mental health issues.So though it is horribly tragic that 0.1% of the US population has died from COVID (using their numbers which I know may have accuracy issues), I personally believe it's more tragic that 70% to 90% or more of the US population is affected by this in some way or another leading them to depression, anxiety, and possibly suicide.

No anxiety or drama from the tenants at purchase or exit.

They allegedly suffer from anxiety and the only solution is a Pit Bull, never a tea-cup poodle or Rat Terrier.

The deferred maintenance/ section 8 RE inspections on my current two is scaring me and causing some anxiety now.

Don’t let the anxiety and fear keep you up at night.

I remember how discouraging that was and it certainly didn't help me at the time when going through the anxiety, pressure and stress that new business owners go through in the early stages.

Real estate can create A LOT of emotions, including anger, frustration,  stress, fear, anxiety, disappointment, excitement-- and  while I might be in the minority here, I'd say yes it can bring  happiness (along with everything else, you don't get it by itself!).     

One of my biggest anxieties with real estate investing is the eviction process.

If you are feeling anxiety over your situation it is likley due to th elack of a business/financial plan and you are likley moving FAR too fast.

The size has little to do with anxiety and their response is to be bad dog.
