As such, I keep them in one account and just track any deductions with a spreadsheet for each tenant.

Solar and other renewables like wind have a clear road map to not needing government support at all in just the next few years whereas all other forms of energy are expected to require increased subsidization over time.

Recommend you go back to square one, and really think this through from an owner's perspective.
