q=predatory+dealing+...So, I still don't know what "predatory dealing" means in any official/legal capacity.You mention the specific situation where the investor seller is financing the deal -- this gets into predatory lending, which is well accepted as against the law.

I am officially paying off the last of my collections this thursday, and then Ill be collections free, and I can be debt free in less than 6 months after.I really want to continue expanding my businesses, as well as expand into RE, with a more heavy emphasis on RE than my businesses until the previous and current acquisitions stabilize and the dust settles.I wont say how much I make, just that I have the cash flow to very easily put down 10 and 20% down payments on houses every two weeks with ease.I really want to expand into RE in the baltimore area, fort meade area, Joint base Andrews area, college areas across the US, in Tennessee, and in Texas.

**A good piece of advice is to go back to company that you had the original claims (tornado loss) with and ask them to provide you "loss runs" this will be an official manuscript (sounds fancy, it's not) from the company that details the loss including the amount that was paid out.

It does not have a closet but we would add one, to officially make it a fourth bedroom.The converted garage was done without a permit, therefore the property appraiser website is not registering the garage as square footage of the house.Will an FHA appraiser count the garage as a 4th bedroom even if the square footage is not part of the living square feet on the property appraiser website?
