etc. also some will post seller credits it helps U dial in on a market.Like for me if I see most sales on sub 200k flips in a market have seller assist ( and most do) I know that I have to factor in 6 to 9k per deal as buyers expect it and wont buy if you add it to the price.. so little nuisances like that.

@Chris Szepessy sorry to say, I think that is bad advice.You want to take an indirect problem to the landlord and tenant (crime, lower property values, nuisance) and turn it into a DIRECT problem to the landlord by buying the property and trying to evict people who don't care for the law?

He may find another way to be a nuisance, but at least that one will be closed off.If it persists and you have police reports, you may be able to use them and your existing lease to evict if your lease has terms about quiet enjoyment or criminal activity.
