The condo is top notch , trust me on this , there is nothing wrong in product ( location, amenities ,age all ticked off ) .the neighboring huge apartment complex has reduced rents by 25% and on top of that 1 month rent free .

our original lease didn’t require professional cleaning and we did a top notch job cleaning the house, but again during the three weeks of vacancy some flies has died in the window sills and there for they had to hire professional cleaners🙄Then to make it all worse they said the the original managers weren’t professionals and were “Just a bunch of Mexicans who didn’t know what they were doing” I’m not Hispanic but I was really offended with there attitude.We took excellently care of that house and I only wish the tenants in my properties now were half as good as we were.  

The property management is also top notch and they communicate every little detail regarding your property. 

Only top notch companies use that software, all the cheap companies who don't have real shops or employees just use pen, paper or a free software.

I’m a big fan of adding value/ sweat equity so I might need to take that up a notch when looking for our first house.
