Think FL, TX, AZ, NV, and other southern states as the ones that boomed the fastest.On the flip side, the northeast ME, VT, and NY are still strong markets and will probably be the last dominoes to fall.I can't tell you what to do, but I am waiting until the middle of 2025/2026 before trying to catch a falling knife in the southern areas.  

I'm going to try leasing the place out myself again, but if I'm struggling, I will hire property manager.

I try to pay off all loans as fast as possible because I feel like money wasted on interest is overlooked sometimes as people only focus on the amount of money coming in rather than the amount saved.As of today, I'm just focusing on establishing the best systems to analyze the markets, find properties, get financing, make wise renovations, and manage my rental properties.

First trying to get this to work is near impossible.

I have been narrowing down some markets and trying to explore/research more and network.

When I tried to get it when my side of the family found out and tried ti take over reverser mortgage payments to bank because she had died it was to late so they sold the house to Hud and then other reverse mortgage companies but a relative still lives there so they can't kick them out.

Best bet is to try local and credit unions, possibly may have some programs for better rates.

I used to be in finance and they'd have scripts for interactions like that as newbies but I would say just try to be yourself.

But you can try and see what the seller says but I wouldn't get any hopes up.
