They put their customers in bad predicament because they know that in the end of the day, they, the predators, would not have to pay for the default, because it either insured by AIG or sold to some European bank who believed that real estate prices in America can only go up.

While I have nothing against any political beliefs (mine clearly run the gamut from socialist to libertarian), I DO have an issue with those who pretend that they are morally and ideologically superior to others, but then prove to be just as bad as those they abhor.People who have had foreclosures shouldn't be preaching against welfare (a foreclosure is no different than welfare, except that you're sticking the financial burden of your failures to one entity as opposed to many).

It might not be for the full amount, even though morally it would be rude if you actually have the money to pay it in full...infact alot of people would throw in some extra for their patience...but those kinda people wouldn't be 3 years late.Just give them the money, minus one months rent...without saying a word.

I'm not totally against someone who refuses to serve based on moral or religious grounds, but saying it's just my right to choose does not cut it.
