The only things that don't show are the back-due real estate taxes (step #2 above), back due utilities, and any possible lien that hasn't been filed but there is a statute of limitations on those (think mechanics lien).I hope this helps.

We own a couple of smaller Mobile Home Communities in VA where the residents own the homes and we own the land.  

I'm considering buying a 38 Unit mobile home park.. 33 of them are occupied, 5 vacancies.. 

I'm considering wholesaling a 10 unit Mobile Home park.
