most FHA buyers don't have the money to do fix up.. so the govmit wants a tip top shape property to loan on.Sellers don't want to go through that.. when there are buyers using conventional financing were repairs are not an issue and the folks like you are not going to live there.. you as an owner occ will be looking at the property with an owner mentality not an investor mentality.
