The Illinois Manufactured Housing Association is currently fighting two bills in Illinois that would allow rent control law and regulations.

Luckily my friends and I are rather handy so I won't be paying much in labor costs for it.One thing about my market is there are very few single family homes for rent and our area has had an influx of manufacturers and high tech companies moving in during the last couple of years. 

More specifically I specialize in modular and manufactured homes, so my deals are a bit more like new construction or "demo and replace".Currently I have a 69 lot subdivision under contract that is ready for homes.

We've actually been doing ADU's for several years but mostly with Manufactured or Modular which are considered "Factory Built Housing".
