Hi all, I'm looking for a real estate tax advisor in the Salt Lake or Ogden area. 

The problem is with Gastonia is this: (it's not the commute, because it's not far from the international airport, and you can be in Charlotte in the same amount of time it takes from Rock Hill or Lake Norman (two exploding areas)..) the problem with Gastonia is taxes and mismanagement of infrastructure funds.

I am living pages 49-130 everyday in repositioning my 8 apartment complexes in Euclid, Lake County, and Akron at this very moment.Swanny

Basically anything that is relatively easily accessible to I-95, so we've seen quite a few options in Lake Worth, Del Ray, etc.

And during the depression they used these deeds to these lots to induce people to pay to go to the movies.In the northern CA and southern Oregon area they created more in town type lots  Clear lake being a famous one.. about 100,000 lots were created there from 1915 to 1930...

My primary residence here in Lake Oswego is the question.turns out one of my projects got harpooned by the City of Lake Oswego and the cost to split the estate lot in two just does not make sense..

The river and lake are huge weekend and summer get away spots.

By the way, I regularly produce a list of the best SFR and Multifamily rentals in Salt Lake and surrounding counties. 

Maybe too far out but Silver Lake has a couple good things on the market and Litchfield has an apartment complex.
