I offered to NW the same price that I later got the house from, in which the second wholesaler got a great deal and it was even another agent involved in the transaction.Saying this, the agents that I am talking in NW have knowledge and they are open to communicate openly.

Don't worry about that as there are different ways to get to town and different companies might use different terminology.Work with a knowledgeable agent that talks your through your risks and don't try to conceal what you're actually doing.

This is a place for people to gain knowledge and education and ask questions to get guidance.I have seen sites where GP’s are not allowed to comment on posts (or even see posts in some instances) that were from a ticked off investor and personally not a fan as if someone can throw shade at another person / company without any consequence and / or allow the other party to respond - I feel like it’s just another form of censorship which I oppose

After talking to two realtors with intimate knowledge of the area, we learned that STR rents and annual occupancy are just too low to even cover the PITI of properties in the area, let alone maintenance, supplies, lawn care, snow removal, etc.
