The quality of inquiries on facebook is ridiculously low because it's ridiculously easy.

But is it easy? 

Being a PM is hard and those that do it - got to give them props- it’s not an easy job

It’s just that for performing CFDs they’re so easy to self-service, at least for now.

Does anybody know any banks that would be easy to open a business checking account without my partner's physical presence?  

And being all in for more like 65% or so is really hard to do as those great deals aren't easy to come by. 

Most scams are easy to spot, but some are built so elaborate that it is hard to fathom that it is NOT real. 

Then they will meet you at the property and hold the door while you walk through and do all the analysis work.If you pick a great investment RE agent they will make your life easy.  

Good listing agents also know a lot of the buyer agents from previous deals/scenarios and can give you an idea how easy the buyer agent is to work with.If you would like to chat, I can give you some dos/don'ts and what to look for in somebody.
