As someone who immigrated to the US myself from the UK I know how difficult it can be to find housing etc without US credit history etc.

That means in a month you should be down to $45K in debt.BTW, I've financed some of the following; recently discharged bankrupties, illegal immigrants, recently paroled felons.

This is even true of other government employees such as immigration officers at airports, security people at the airport screening places, etc.
