That said, don't ignore the finance side. 

When I was shopping for my house I ignored anything with pitched roofs because I wanted multiple roof top decks. 

Any of these loan types that ignore standard income will carry a higher interest rate, likely will be an adjustable rate mortgage, have higher downpayment requirements, and sometimes are only 15 or 20 year loans...which also makes your payment higher. 

That all said, from their perspective it may be hard to ignore when the insurance states a different name.

It's not uncommon for tenants to ignore minor maintenance issues and they accumulate into a large punch list or they create larger, more expensive issues.

But if ignorant/lazy/otherwise people are going to keep dinging my reviews about it... now my second paragraph says, in the most obvious language I can think of without being condescending, to please be aware that the cabin's living space is all in one room.

Sometimes it helps especially if he is running a legitimate business where you could tarnish his reputation ignored need be and remind him you can always take him to court.Best of luck!
