Hi Everyone,What attracted me to this site was "Mobile Home Investing."

Incidentally, I put a good deal of that 2000 windfall in to a little company called Exxon-Mobile and recently cashed it out--that net profit was more than anything I could have made in real estate and no work except for reading.

Lately, I've been doing mostly Lonnie Deals (Mobile Homes in parks) and have enjoyed the cashflow they provide.

How is the market in Mobile?

Anything on the MLS for more than 24 hrs is at least decently advertised.If it's because it's a scraper, you could always drop a cheap, have ot move from park, mobile on it for next to nothing.

I have an investment in Mobile, AL, and I know its doing pretty well.

Personally, I haven't bought a new mobile in months because I haven't found a motivated seller in a while.

I try to specialize in Mobile Home where note no-pays are repos and go much quicker. :)
