If you are planning to do a few of them or even just a couple a year, it might be good to check in with a broker that is familiar with the space and has the connections and knowledge to help get you what you need. 

I do not lend my own money as I am a mortgage broker but I have the resources to get you what you need at a good price.

I've worked at lenders and I have brokered, and I have been part of broker chains that had a few brokers on a deal so I've dealt with every moving part of this process: Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Lenders, Borrowers.

I will be moving to the Northern Virginia/DC area in a couple of months and would love to meet investors from the area as well as a real estate agent, insurance broker and/or attorney familiar with LTR/STRs.

@DeAndre MasonIf you are only 2 points off being able to accomplish your financing, mortgage brokers should have resources to refer you to be able to boost your credit score.  

Is it possible to compare what the brokers I have consulted with offer.Or is that unethical and I should stick to the first one who send me his details also for the sake of not affecting my credit score.
